Do I need to book a new photo shoot?
No. We make the film from the listing photos you already have. Send the listing link and we’ll check whether the photos are a good fit.
What exactly will I receive?
A short cinematic listing film in horizontal and full-screen vertical formats, with music, property text and one revision. Downloadable files arrive ready for your property page, email and social feed. These Harbor Circle films show the kind of work we make; each home gets its own edit.
How does the $99 offer work?
It’s the same package as the $147 film, for your first paid Stayreel film in exchange for an honest testimonial after delivery. Video is preferred and written feedback is welcome. Positive feedback is not required. Featuring your testimonial publicly is optional and requires your permission.
Can I use it on the MLS?
You receive a horizontal file for listing marketing and a vertical file for social. Placement and branding rules vary by MLS, so let us know your requirements before we make the film.
How are the films made?
We use AI video tools and editing to bring movement to the existing listing photos. The aim is to showcase the actual home, with a clear sequence, music and property details.
When does the 48-hour turnaround start?
Once the usable photos and payment are confirmed. We check the photos before arranging payment so the scope is clear.
